CoC (Certificat de Conformité)

Ease market access with the support of our specially trained experts and network of laboratories

Exporters require a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for any goods being sent to Algeria as per legal requirements, for example, in accordance with letters of credit. Certificates must be issued by an independent third party inspection body and member of the IFIA (International Federation of Inspection Agencies). In March 2011, the Algerian Ministry of Commerce published information addressed to all importers reminding them of their obligation to submit proof of conformity. The specified proof is a certificate of conformity demonstrating that the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the export are met.Obligation is enforced by law 09-03 issued on 02/25/2009 and decree 05-467 issued on 12/12/2005, including conditions and procedures of conformity control for imported goods at customs. Partnering with us means short lead times and benefitting from our established working relations with local authorities.Ask how we can help you efficiently obtain a certificate of conformity for your products!
