Serbia, as an EU candidate country, maintains a technical regulatory framework that is largely harmonized with the European Union. To place products on the Serbian market, manufacturers and importers must ensure compliance with the relevant Serbian technical regulations and demonstrate conformity through the required documentation and marking – for instance, Declaration of Conformity (DoC), as well as affixing the Serbia national conformity mark (3A Marking) on the product.

*Starting from 1st Jan 2027, CE Marking is accepted for Radio Equipment.
