Product Scope
The mandatory Certification of Conformity is regulated by Russian Federal Law on Communication (https://docs.cntd.ru/document/901867280) and the list of the equipment that needs to be approved Is in the Resolution № 113 from Feb 4,2022 «On approving the list of communication equipment that is subject to mandatory certification."(List of goods subject to CoC) (https://docs.cntd.ru/document/728095374). The CoC can cover several models of the same family.
All other radio/telecom devices for personal/home usage (home router, mobile phone and etc.), which is possible to connect to Public switched telephone network (PSTN) of Public data network (Internet) are subject to mandatatory Declaration of Conformity (DoC). The DoC can cover only one model name.
