The Bulk and Breakbulk Cargo Clearance Enhancement Program objective is to make sure that the cargo entering the Philippines meets strict inspection and reporting standards. Accredited Cargo Surveyors like TUV Rheinland verifies the quantity and quality of cargo through inspection before shipment to the Philippines. TUV Rheinland also checks the accuracy of shipping documents before the issuance of Load Port Survey Report (LPSR) and Summary Report (SR). This LPSR will enable the Exporter/Importer access to Advance Clearance Process for faster cargo clearance.
