In June 2013, Executive Decree 398/2013, implementing Law 69/2012 "Establishing the General Guidelines of National Policy for the Rational and Efficient Energy Use in National Territory" entered into force.​

The Technical Regulations on Energy Efficiency were prepared by the National Energy Secretariat (SNE) in conjunction with the Ministry of Commerce & Industries (MICI) Directorate-General on Standards and Industrial Technology (DGNTI)​. These technical regulations require compliance with the minimum energy efficiency requirements stipulated in the corresponding Technical Standards and establish the energy efficiency labels that must be visible to the consumer.​ Contact us for support now!
