Open the doors to El Salvador with Energy Efficiency certification
Per Executive Agreement No. 861 of 2018, Energy Efficiency requirements apply to specific Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Freezers and Three-phase Electrical Motors since January 5th 2019. Technical regulations for each of the products specify limits for energy consumption. Labelling contents are detailed, same as the route to Conformity Certification. Certificates issued by TUV Rheinland according to comparable Mexican schemes are recognized in El Salvador to show compliance with local Energy Efficiency regulations.
