Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) - Technical Regulation on packaging products safety
Technical Regulation TR CU 005/2011 Safety on packaging products establishes requirements on packaging and closures, and related requirements for the processes of storage, transportation and disposal. While Article 5 of the Technical Regulation determines the essential safety requirements, Article 6 describes the labelling requirements and Article 7 lists the conformity assessment procedure. Declaration of conformity is needed for packaging and closure products. Upon successful conformity assessment, the EAC Mark shall be labelled on each product before placing on the market.
