In USA, laser products are regulated by the Center Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH). They shall comply with 21 CFR part 1040.10 & 1040.11. While in Canada, the Radiation Emitting Devices Regulations (CEDR) C.R.C., c. 1370 is the equivalent regulation. TUV Rheinland supports you in exporting laser products to both US and Canada markets.
