The Australian communications and Media Authority is the government regulator for Electromagnetic emissions, additional requirements also apply to radiocommunication devices and Telecommunication devices, see other scheme names
In New Zealand, the Radio Spectrum Management is responsible www.rsm.govt.nz. The Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Arrangement applies to EMC regulation in Australia and New Zealand allowing a common set of technical standards and regulatory process.
