Job Description

Responsible for the definition and regional implementation of global strategy, processes, tools and standards in the area of Reward 
 

  • Provides consultancy and implementation support in the operationalization of global standards, programs and practices on regional level while adhering to strategic guidelines and targets set by Head of Reward 
  • Provides as Subject Matter Expert state of the art support, solutions and advice to the business and involved HR functions that require expert knowhow in the delivery of a Reward related service on regional level 
  • Initiates and manages regional Reward projects / programs / initiatives 
  • Takes responsibility for the translation and adaptation of global programs and policies across topics like compensation structure, salary review, incentives / bonus as well as benefits & rewards according to regional requirements 
  • Contributes to quality assurance by regular measuring KPIs along Reward core processes 
  • And other duties as assigned. 

HSE 

  • Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. 
  • Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental  Process requirements.

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate).
  • Fluent in local language (B2 Upper intermediate).
  • 3-5 years of experience as HR SME.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Project Member.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in/ with intercultural teams.
