We recruiters are always on the search for suitable candidates and advise our management on HR issues. We accompany the process from the job advertisement to the signing of the contract. We screen your applications and conduct interviews together with colleagues from the business unit.

Online application
Your application can only be submitted via our career page. The application process is very easy and takes only a few minutes. You will receive confirmation of receipt immediately after completing your application.
Analysis of documents by HR and business unit
After an examination of your documents by the HR department, the application will be forwarded to the responsible business unit. According to professional and personal criteria, your profile will be checked by the supervisor.
Feedback
After careful examination of your documents, you will receive feedback from us.
Invitation to job interview
If your documents receive a positive feedback, we would like to invite you to a job interview. Usually, colleagues from HR and the business unit participate in the interview.
Feedback after the job interview
After consultation between the business unit and the HR department, we will give you feedback.
Contract creation
In case of positive feedback from both sides, your employment contract will be drawn up and sent to you.

Attachements
- Ideally we need from you: Cover letter, CV and school certificates. So we can get a comprehensive picture of your person.
- The CV should ideally be in tabular form. The order is reversed chronologically, i.e. starting with your current activity.
- In your CV, give details of your previous training.
- Please make sure that your informations in your documents are complete.

- We prefer the data in PDF format.
- You can upload a maximum of 10 files.
- The maximum size is 4 MB per file.
- If possible, please upload all documents in one file.
Transmission of data
- The transmission of your data is encrypted using the HTTPS method and is therefore protected against access by third parties.
Be prepared well.
Before the interview
- Inform yourself in advance about the route, traffic situation and parking spaces for an on time and relaxed arrival.

- Write down questions that you want to ask during the interview.
- Prepare yourself for possible questions about yourself.
- Make sure you present yourself appropriately.
During the interview
- Know your CV and the job ad you applied for.
- Ask questions that are relevant to the position's content and you will show the necessary interest in the position.
- Be honest and don't promise anything that can't be kept later.

Important information on applications in corona times
- The application and selection process for the positions advertised on our job portal continues as always. You can therefore continue to apply for TÜV Rheinland job offers as usual.
- Please note that due to the situation, the processes may take a little longer than usual. Nevertheless, we try to pass on initial feedback to our applicants as quickly as possible.
- For our job interviews, we increasingly make use of video and telephone interviews
- In the case of presence appointments, we strictly observe the required distances and all necessary hygiene regulations.
- In consultation with our departments, we will offer you one of the three above mentioned options, depending on the individual situation.
- We leave it up to our applicants to decide whether they wish to conduct a conversation by telephone, Skype/Video or in person on site.
- If applicants do not feel comfortable with our offer for a job interview, please let us know so that we can find an alternative solution together.
- It is particularly important for us to emphasize the following: You will not be disadvantaged in the selection process if you do not wish to appear in person for an interview due to the current situation and prefer an interview by phone or Skype.
