The area
The safety of people and the environment has priority - this applies not least to the handling of consumer goods and other products with which we deal with in our everyday and working life. Manufacturers and distributors must, therefore, conform to stringent legal requirements for product safety. The TÜV Rheinland experts offer support in this. We test, evaluate and certify the safety and quality of products in almost all categories: from toys, electrical appliances and medical products to industrial machinery and modern information technology.

Questions of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), product tests in our laboratory for electrical safety or expert opinions in the field of Wireless / Internet of Things: As an expert for electric product testing, you will help shape the technology of the future. They independently carry out safety tests, prepare test reports and expert opinions, evaluate the results and support laboratory operations. Your responsibilities also include the examination and evaluation of certification and approval projects in accordance with national and international standards.
