Job Descriptions 1:

1. Ensures the practical implementation of the internal guidelines and external laws, and regulations in HSE by guiding through processes, providing information and monitoring progress
通过指导管理流程、提供专业信息和跟踪进展以确保公司内部 HSE规章制度以及HSE相关法律法规在莱茵中国及其分支机构得到实际执行

2. Cooperate with local HSE coordinators to establish and maintain group certification (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
与本地 HSE协调员合作,共同建立和维护集团认证(如ISO 14001、ISO 45001)

3. Support HSE internal audit and lead HSE inspections, incident investigations and hazard eliminations in TRCHN and related branches
主导莱茵中国及其分支机构范围内的 HSE检查、事件调查和隐患排查工作,并协助开展HSE内审工作

4. Advises managers and employees on the prevention of accidents, diseases and environmental incidents and ensures that their responsibilities in reporting incidents and accidents are clear to them
为管理层和员工提供安全事故、疾病及环境事件的预防建议,明确他们在事件报告方面的职责

Job Descriptions 2:

5. Remain up-to-date and conversant with relevant laws, regulations and other statutory requirements that affect HSE across the location covered
识别并更新与莱茵中国及其分支机构有关的 HSE法律法规,并确保得到遵守

6. Lead corrective actions and preventive actions where HSE management deviation is identified if necessary and complete documentation in related area
发现 HSE管理偏差时,负责主导纠正和预防措施的计划和实施,并完成相关文档记录

7. Develop and implement HSE training programs that will engage all levels of employees on HSE responsibilities, skill & knowledge, compliance requirements and cultural progression within the location covered
制定并实施 HSE培训计划,内容包括各层级的HSE职责、知识技能,合规要求及文化建设

8. Organize and implement the development and drills of HSE emergency plans, and document the drill process
组织并实施 HSE相关应急预案的编制和演练工作,并及对演练过程进行记录

Job Descriptions 3:

9. Lead HSE related government surveillance such as license application process and audit etc. in TRCHN and related branches
主导莱茵中国及其分支机构范围内的 HSE相关的政府监管工作,如许可申请、检查和审核等

10. Responsible for the local implementation regarding the sustainability strategy
负责本地可持续发展战略的落实

11. Participate in harmonize and optimize the HSE management system for the region and support where necessary regional strategic HSE related projects
参与大中华区 HSE管理体系的优化与整合,并根据需要协助推进大中华区范围内的HSE相关项目

 

 

Job Requirements 1:

1. Bachelor's Degree. Occupational health and safety qualification is preferred
本科毕业,职业健康安全或电气、消防等相关专业者优先

2. 3-5 years professional experience in HSE. TIC industry working experience is preferable
3 到 5 年 HSE 专业工作经验。有检测实验室相关 HSE 管理经验者优先

3. Certification and working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as lead or internal auditor
熟悉 ISO 14001 和 ISO 45001 标准,具备内审员或主任审核员的资质

Job Requirements 2:

4. Intermediate certified safety engineer or higher
取得中级注册安全工程师资格或以上

5. Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills (English and Mandarin) are necessary to build relationships and positively influence decision making
具 备优秀的人际交往能力,能用英文进行口语和书面沟通,以建立关系并积极影响决策
