Job Description

Operative Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung im Gebiet Gießen unter Nutzung der zur Verfügung stehenden Informations- und Managementsysteme.
Beobachtung und Bewertung der Marktentwicklung und der Wettbewerber sowie eine entsprechende Ausrichtung der Strategie an diesen Erkenntnissen.
Disziplinarische Führung der technischen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Geschäftsfeld Fahrzeuguntersuchungen im Gebiet, inkl. Führung der Mitarbeitergespräche, Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie Personaleinsatzplanung.
Verantwortung für den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf sowie für die Einhaltung von Prozessen, Organisation und Durchführung der regelmäßigen Gebietssitzungen.
Kommunizieren von Kennzahlen, die das Gebiet betreffen, im Rahmen der Gebietssitzungen.
Vorbereitung von Stellungnahmen zur Bearbeitung von Beschwerden (organisatorisch/disziplinar) in Abstimmung mit dem Fachberatern
Sicherstellung der Kundenbetreuung einschließlich Umsetzung geeigneter kundenbezogener Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den im Bereich zugeordneten Vertriebsmitarbeitern sowie Unterstützung bei der Neukundenakquise.

Experience & Further Qualifications

Mind. Qualifikation als Prüfingenieur oder aaS/oP
Mind. 3-jährige Berufserfahrung im Mobilen Dienst oder an einer Prüfstelle
Betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösefähigkeit
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Akquisitionsfähigkeit
Kenntnis über die gesamte Dienstleistungspalette der Geschäftsfelder M.01 und M.03 GOP
