Sales Executive (Chemical and Physical Testing Services)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options;
  • Plan and organize individual workload effectively to meet the sales revenue target;
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, services delivery and client specifications to direct supervisor;
  • Maintain existing client relationships/ develop new client and handle assigned key clients;
  • Manage and follow-up sales database and prepare quotation;
  • Respond to clients complaints and inquiries/ cooperate with technical colleagues in handling incoming inquiries, or with Quality Team to handle complaint from clients;
  • Deliver feedback of client needs/ expectations, plans and complaints as well as of competitive situation to all sales and marketing colleagues;
  • Know the related market regulations and requirements, learn continuously and inform the team about major changes of the market;
  • Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities, reading professional publications, new standards/ regulations, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations;
  • Corporate with operation departments regarding to cost before making quotation and services delivery;
  • Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • University Degree (business administration, or analytical/ physical chemistry preferable);
  • At least 2 year experience working in sales B2B (services sales preferable);
  • Good command of spoken and written English;
  • Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office;
  • High sales skills including cold-call, presentation and negotiation;
  • Assertiveness and interpersonal integration skills;
  • “Can-do” attitude and ability to meet deadline
