Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact for technical problems with hardware and software
- Onsite service
- Documentation of problem solutions in the ITSM Knowledge Base
- Performing all of the above tasks outside of TÜV Rheinland's offices as well
- Supporting other IT colleagues in larger projects in the EMEA area
- Planning, preparation and execution of hardware and software rollouts
- Briefing and training for employees
Qualifications & Requirements
- +3 years of experience in similar position
- Fluent in English (all verbal and written)
- University/ College Degree in IT area
- Familiarity with Windows systems, ability to solve different issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Basic IP network knowledge
- Basics of Microsoft networks
- Attention to the quality and effectiveness of performed tasks
- Very good communication skills
- Strong customer driven focus
