To enable a new way of working (together), we use state-of-the-art tools and dedicate ourselves to the needs of all employees in inspiring workshops and training sessions and shape our shared New Work philosophy. In this way, we are gradually aligning all locations in Germany with the working methods of the future.

We make companies ready for tomorrow. In our division, we work on sustainability issues per se. Occupational safety, education, health, future-proof infrastructures, audits - we help customers around the world to operate more sustainably.
TÜV Rheinland wants to be climate-neutral worldwide by 2028 - and in the same year, our revenue from sustainability services will amount to 1 billion euros. We are also pursuing internal climate targets and are using hundreds of levers to achieve this goal: from a working group that is reducing electricity consumption in Japan to more vegetarian canteen food in Cologne.

We for better cooperation.
All different. All accurate. That's right. For us, diversity & inclusion means that we work together to recognize, value and promote the diversity of our employees. We see this as one of the central keys to the satisfaction of our teams and to entrepreneurial success. In order to achieve this, we are developing many offers and initiatives, which are set out in a dedicated app on our intranet.
These include networks (e.g. LGBT+, fathers‘ network), signing the Diversity Charter, promoting equal opportunities for women and advice on balancing family and career. Furthermore, they entail continuously improving the health of all employees as well as training managers and the HR department. This step is important in order for them to be fair and act without prejudice when hiring and making important decisions.
