As a recruiter, you are our professional for technical and commercial positions. You will advise our management on personnel issues and accompany the process from the tender to the signing of the contract.
That means in detail:
- They screen and evaluate applications, conduct job interviews and give recommendations for hiring.
- On the Internet and at job fairs, you identify talents and make contacts.
- You formulate job advertisements and publish them on suitable recruiting platforms.
- You submit offers and draw up employment contracts.
- Completed studies - ideally in economics, psychology or pedagogy
- Several years of experience in recruiting specialists and executives
- Good knowledge of labour and social security law
- Willingness to travel and fluent English for the exchange with foreign-language colleagues and candidates
