Our offer is just right for you, would you like to apply and find out more about the exact process?

From the online application to the interview to the successful start: our application process is characterized by openness and transparency. Every application process is as individual as the person behind it, their professional experience or the position to be filled. That's why we don't have one single process. You can see the usual procedure in our diagram.
After receiving your application, our recruiters will review your documents and coordinate them with the specialist department. You can expect initial feedback within seven days.
The first interview takes place either online or occasionally in person at our offices. As a rule, we are a group of two to three people consisting of a recruiter, specialist or manager. We take our time and want to find out more about your qualifications and professional background, but above all we want to get to know you as a person. In addition to your professional qualifications, it is very important to us that you fit in with our values and our corporate culture. So just be yourself. During an on-site interview, you will get to know your future workplace and parts of the team, have enough time to ask questions and then decide whether you feel that this is the right place for you. In some cases, we will also schedule a second interview coupled with a technical task. If we make a good “match”, we will send you a contract offer in a few days. Then it's up to you.
Our recruiters will be with you every step of the way and will be happy to answer your questions in advance.
Your application marks the start of our journey together. We are already looking forward to getting to know you.
Part of us right from the start and growing together.

Be a part of us right from the start and grow together.
We want to give you the best possible start and will develop your personal induction plan long before your first day, organize meetings with key team members and provide you with initial support for organizational and technical questions. A joint Welcome Day (online) will inform you about our business areas, our corporate culture and organizational structures, and the two-day “New at TÜV Rheinland” event at the Cologne site will give you an overview of the entire Group. Here you will also get to know newcomers from other business units and have the opportunity to get a taste of various laboratories, such as the photovoltaic laboratory.
During the probationary period, we will exchange ideas in scheduled meetings. You will discuss the progress of your induction with your manager and can obtain and, of course, give feedback. Only with an open feedback culture in both directions can we plan our future and grow together.
Using your potential to really move customers forward.
You can grow with us every day. We attach great importance to personal and professional development and ensure that you not only work successfully for us but also use your potential to really help customers move forward.
Our academy offers more than 1,500 seminars and what we offer our customers, we naturally also offer our employees.
Employee workshops, business breakfasts and TÜV Rheinland networks ensure an exchange of knowledge. These are important building blocks for the transfer of know-how within the company, as are Female Friday with inspiring guests or our lead:gut podcast for managers. Even a brief exchange over lunch, in the coffee lounge or in the hallway promotes our inspiration and can generate synergies.
“Training on the job” takes place everywhere and at all times. It begins with the induction of new employees and continues into day-to-day work.
