Integrity is one of the key foundations of any successful organization; we at TUV Rheinland are highly committed to the same. We have structured Non-Disclosure Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements signed with employees, partners and other stake holders that spell out our policy on integrity issues and consequences thereof.
With the Group being a signatory to the UN Global Compact we have an added responsibility to ensure that strictly enforce these principles amongst our employees and stake holders. Each employee is also bound to take up the e-learning compliance training. This is mandated for all employees on rolls and in the second phase, will be rolled out to employees on contract basis also. Issues of concerns or whistle blowers can always be addressed directly to the Compliance Officer, India or to the Headquarters too.
