Upon successful completion of the course you should be able to: - Describe the purpose of a quality management system (QMS) - Explain the high level structure - Explain the risk based approach - Explain the purpose, content and interrelationship of ISO 9000, ISO 19011 and ISO 17021 - Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 within the context of audit - Describe the roles and responsibilities of auditors and lead auditors - Plan and conduct an audit in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021

Prerequisites
All delegates should have reasonably good understanding on quality management principles & concepts and basic requirements of ISO 9001:2015 & QMS audit process.
IRCA recommends students complete an IRCA Pre-assessment test prior to attending this course.
