    1. The scope of research services is based on a typical use-case scenario of the product in a certain country or region, as defined by the Customer. The result of the research is meant to respond to the central aspects of the typical use-case scenario, and does not provide a guarantee of completeness regarding all areas of regulation. As a consequence, notably, and if not expressly agreed otherwise: (i) research conducted with a view to an overall product does not include research for regulations that may apply to individual components of this product; (ii) research on applicable regulations in a specified country or region does not include regulations at province or subdivision level of that country or region; (iii) ambient / occupational health, installation and safety conditions which are not necessarily part of the typical use-case scenario (e.g. explosion protection or air emissions) are not covered by the research services.

    2. The following is generally excluded from the scope of services: Purchase or translation of documents; interpretation / consultancy with regards to the research results; legal or tax advice; any technical, legal or marketing-related consulting activities; any assessment of the product or statements regarding its compliance; or any general information about manufacturing practices (common materials, quality levels, risk considerations, etc.).

    3. Reports are issued in English language. It may however contain links to sources of information in a language other than English. We cannot ensure the validity and continued availability of source links.

    4. Any report revision request shall be sent to your dedicated TUV Rheinland contact within 1 month after delivery of final report to client. Additional cost incurred by revisions or additional services will be charged.
