Services for Occupational Psychological Issues

TÜV Rheinland

The rate of mental illness has increased considerably in recent years, often leaving the affected employees unable to work for long periods of time. Since 2013 the German Occupational Health and Safety Act has contained a rule that psychological stress in the workplace must be determined during risk assessment.

Our experienced occupational, industrial and organizational psychologists analyze psychological stress in the workplace. On this basis they explain to companies and employees how psychological stress is caused by time pressure, constantly changing working conditions or conflicts within a team, for example, and advise how to reduce such stress with suitable countermeasures.

Rely on the expertise of our occupational, industrial and organizational psychologists to reduce psychological stress in your employees and thereby improve their motivation and performance.
