Compliance Management System
We have established a Compliance Management System (CMS) that establishes binding principles and requires all employees and managers to act ethically and in compliance with the law.
Compliance must maintain and further develop these compliance management system in accordance with the TIC Council and the UN Global Compact. TÜV Rheinland’s compliance management system is audited annually according to the TIC council at several TÜV Rheinland locations by an external auditor. The results of these external annual audits contribute to the continuous improvement and adjustment of our system.
