Certified Home and Building Control

KNX is the worldwide standard for home and building control. It is the successor to the three previous standards BatiBUS, the European Installation BUS (EIB) and the European Home System Protocol (EHS). The standard is based on the communication stack of EIB and expanded by the physical layers, configuration modes and application experience of EHS and BatiBUS.

As KNX is approved as an international standard (ISO/IEC 14543-3), European standard (EN 50090, EN 13321-1), as well as a Chinese standard (GB/T 20965) and US standard (ANSI/ASHRAE 135), it is future-proof.

Devices and systems utilizing the KNX standard have to comply with the international and national regulations imposed by implemented communication protocols such as the selection of frequencies or electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) limitations.

To ensure compliance, functionality and interoperability of your KNX products, our experts provide you comprehensive testing and certification services in cooperation with the KNX Association.
