Vietnam - Draft Decree Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of Decree No. 25/2026/ND-CP dated January 17, 2026 of the Government Providing Detailed Regulations and Measures for Organizing and Guiding the Implementation of a Number of Articles

The Draft Decree consists of 4 Articles amending and supplementing a number of provisions of Decree No. 25/2026/ND-CP on the development of the chemical industry and chemical safety and security.

The main amendments and supplements include:

- Amending and supplementing the scope of regulation of Decree No. 25/2026/ND-CP;

- Amending and supplementing provisions on state management responsibilities for the development of the chemical industry and for chemical safety and security;

- Amending and supplementing provisions on the updating of information during the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Chemical Industry;

- Amending and supplementing certain provisions on certificates for specialized chemical consultancy;

- Amending and supplementing certain provisions on ensuring safety and security in chemical activities;

- Amending and supplementing certain provisions on specialized chemical safety training;

- Amending and supplementing certain provisions on the prevention of and response to chemical incidents;

- Replacing and repealing certain provisions of Decree No. 25/2026/ND-CP.​
