Vietnam - Draft Circular on quality inspection of technical safety and environmental protection in automobiles assembly and manufacture

This draft Circular regulates the quality inspection of technical safety and environmental protection for manufactured and assembled automobiles under Decree 116/2017/ND-CP of 17 October 2017 of the Government on conditions for automobiles manufacturing, assembling importing and automotive warranty and maintenance services.
This draft Circular does not apply to manufactured and assembled automobiles specified in item a clause 2 Article 2 of Decree 116.
This Draft circular applies to automobiles manufacturing and assembling establishments, enterprises manufacturing or importing automobile components and organizations and agencies involved in the management, inspection and testing automobiles and automotive parts.
