Vietnam - Approves Decision No.178/QD-BTTTT 2025 Designation of the Telecommunications Quality Measurement Center under the Department of Telecommunications to Carry Out the Test with the Specified Scope

​Vietnam publishes List of Regulations and Standards and applicable Product scope of regulations and standards for ICT products. The designated Telecommunications Quality Measurement Center under the Department of Telecommunications shall carry out testing according to this Decision.

This decision will replace Decision 669/QD-BTTTT 2023 and enter into force since April 19, 2026​.
