​By notice posted on the California Air Resources Board's (CARB or Board) webpage on August 1, 2023, and published in the August 4, 2023, California Regulatory Notice Register (Register 2023, Number 31-Z), CARB announced a public comment period for Proposed Amendments to the Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Omnibus Regulation. No hearing was scheduled at the time of publication; however, a request for a hearing could be made by September 3, 2023.
