​Proposed amendments - The Department is proposing to amend rule Chapter 90, to establish designations for currently unavoidable uses of intentionally added Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in products subject to sales prohibition beginning January 1, 2026.
