USA - Perchloroethylene (PCE); Regulation Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA); Request for Comment

​The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input as it reconsiders its 2024 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulation for perchloroethylene (PCE). 

The original rule addressed the health risks of PCE by requiring workplace exposure controls, prohibiting certain industrial and commercial uses, and restricting consumer access.
