USA - Energy Conservation Program: Exempt Power Supplies Under the EPS Service Parts Act of 2014

The Department of Energy (DOE) is revising its existing regulations to remove certain reporting requirements imposed on exempt consumer external power supplies (EPSs) adopted under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended.

The effective date of this rule is May 28, 2026.
