Ukraine - The Draft of the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On Amendments to the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 10, 2017

​The Technical regulation on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 139 of 10 March 2017.
The Draft of the Resolution provides for the postponement of expiration terms of certain exceptions from the restrictions of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, supplement by certain components and materials as well as supplement a list of products that is not covered by current Technical Regulation by the new species.

The Draft of the Resolution has been developed in order to bring the provisions of the Technical Regulation in compliance with the standards of the EU Directive by making appropriate changes to the Annexes.

Proposed date of entry into force: 12 June 2019 except for subparagraph 4 of paragraph 2 of the amendments, which will entry into force on 01.07.2019 and subparagraph 5 of paragraph 2 of the amendments which will enter into force from the date of publication
Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
