UAE - Control Scheme of Cosmetics and Personal Care Product

​The provisions of this scheme shall apply to all cosmetics and personal care products that are placed on the market, manufactured, imported, supplied,or packaged for use within the State.

The following are exempt from the provisions of this scheme:
a. Medicinal products are used to treat diseases.
b. medical cosmetics.
c. Devices and tools accompanying cosmetics​
