Turkey - Draft Regulations on WEEE and RoHS Published for Comments

The two draft Regulations on WEEE and RoHS were published by Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change on July 7, 2022, and will repeal the regulation on control of WEEE 2012.

Comments can be submitted until July 29, 2022.
