Thailand - Notification for Declaration of the Hazardous Substances Under the Authorization of Department of Industrial Works by Producer, Importer, Exporter or Possessor (No.2) B.E. 2563 (2019)

​Thailand Ministry of Industry announced Notification for Declaration of the hazardous substances under the authorization of Department of Industrial Works by producer, importer, exporter or possessor (No.2) B.E. 2563 (2019).

Its purpose is to amend the regulation, and update the hazardous substances list for Declaration of the hazardous substances under the authorization of Department of Industrial Works by producer, importer, exporter or possessor B.E. 2547 (2004).

This notification was published in the Royal Gazette and in effect on March 3, 2021.

Remark: The new updating hazardous substances in this notification are the controlled chemicals under Rotterdam Convention or Minamata Convention or Stockholm Convention or Montreal Protocol or United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1988.
