Thailand - Motorcycles, Electric Motorcycles and Electric Bicycles are Stipulated as Label-controlled Products
The notification was announced on August 26, 2025, comes into force 120 days after its announcement.
Labels of controlled products under Section 3 must include appropriate text, images, invented designs, or pictures, as appropriate, depending on the case. However, such text must be true to reality, not cause misunderstanding about the essence of the product, and must be in Thai or Thai with a foreign language attached to it to explain the meaning of the images, invented designs, or pictures that can be clearly seen and read. This must be in accordance with Section 5.
