Thailand - Extends Enforcement Date for TIS Standard on Paper Food Contact Materials

This WTO addendum aims to extend the date of entry into force to June 22, 2027, in order to provide sufficient time for manufacturers, importers, and other stakeholders to prepare for compliance.

This draft Ministerial Regulation is open for public consultation, with comments invited within 30 days from the date of notification.
