Thailand - Draft Notification on Radio Communication Equipment and Stations Exempted from Licensing

At the 3rd meeting on January 22, 2025,  NBTC approved measures and guidelines to prevent and suppress technological crimes. Proceed to amend the NBTC Notification Re: Radio communication equipment and radio communication stations that are exempt from obtaining a license under the Radio Communications Act B.E. 2449 (1946) In order for radio communication equipment of the SIM BOX type to be licensed under the Radio Communications Act B.E. 2449 (1946).
