Thailand - Draft Ministerial Regulations Issued for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment

​The following Draft Ministerial Regulations Prescribing Industrial Products for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment were notified to WTO on September 19, 2025:

- for mode 2 charging of electric road vehicles of categories M and N ( TIS 62752-2567 (2024) In-Cable Control and Protection Device (IC-CPD) for Mode 2 Charging of Electric Road Vehicles.)​

- for mode 4 charging of electric road vehicles of categories M and N (TIS 61851 Part 23-2567 (2024) Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging System – Part 23: DC Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment)

- for mode 3 charging of electric road vehicles of categories M and N (TIS 61851 Part 1-2567 (2024) Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging System – Part 1: General Requirements)
