Taiwan - Proposed Draft Regulation for Issuance of Permit License of Specific Purpose Cosmetics

​Taiwan Ministry of Health and Welfare is proposing a draft of the Regulations for the Issuance of Permit License of Specific Purpose Cosmetics, which include provisions of the issuance, modifications, revocation, and rescission of licenses, the procedures for extending the validity period of licenses of cosmetics containing medical or poisonous drugs, and other matters to ensure protection of the health and safety of consumers.     ​

The draft regulation is recieving public comments until Feb-5 of 2019.
