Taiwan - Amendments on the List of Toxic Chemical Substances and Their Operational Management Matters Published by Taiwan MOENV

​The Ministry of Environment (MOENV) published the Amendments to the List of Toxic Chemical Substances and their Operational Management Matters. The amendments mainly concern the addition of Methoxychlor, Dechlorane Plus, and UV-328 as regulated substances, as well as their management requirements. Provisions regarding the restrictions on Mercury and Tetrachlorethylene have also been revised.

The amendments shall become effective on July 1, 2026.
