Taiwan - Amended F01, F02 Import Categories to be Implemented from April 1, 2026
Taiwan's Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) updated the F01 and F02 import categories, related to food, food contact and food detergents products, effective April 1, 2026. Enterprises should re-check product classification and ensure consistency between declared use and actual product nature.
