Türkiye (Turkey) - Draft Regulation (2025/14/AB) on Type Approval and Market Surveillance of Non-Road Mobile Machinery Circulating on Public Roads

​This Regulation establishes the technical and administrative requirements, as well as procedures, for EU type-approval, individual approval, and market placement of new non-road mobile machinery intended for use on public roads, along with rules for market surveillance. 

It applies to non-road mobile machinery (U-category vehicles) designed to circulate on public roads, whether occasionally or regularly, with or without a driver. 

However, it excludes machinery with specific characteristics, such as those with speeds exceeding 40 km/h or below 6 km/h, machinery with more than three seating positions, certain types of vehicles covered by other regulations, and machinery placed on the market before January 29, 2028.
