South Korea - Announcement for Public Consultation on Broadcasting and Telecommunications Standards
The Radio Research Agency (RRA) announced a public consultation to gather feedback from the public and stakeholders on the establishment, revision, and abolition of broadcasting and telecommunications standards.
This process is carried out in accordance with the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Development Act and the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Standardization Guidelines.
Standards Open for Consultation
- New Standards: 11 items (NRRA Notice No. 2025-52).
- Revised Standards: 9 items (NRRA Notice No. 2025-53).
- Abolished Standards: 16 items (NRRA Notice No. 2025-54).
This consultation seeks to refine national broadcasting and telecommunications standards by incorporating diverse perspectives from the public and industry stakeholders.
