South Korea - Administrative Notice of Proposed Revision to Safety Standards for Riding Helmets (Annex 52 of Safety Standards for Household Products Subject to Safety Confirmation)
This notice aims to improve the safety standards for riding helmets by updating the relevant regulations and encouraging public and industry participation in the process.
The proposed revision to the safety standards for riding helmets (Annex 52) is being made under Article 15, Paragraph 3 of the Electrical Appliances and Household Products Safety Control Act.
In accordance with Article 46 of the Administrative Procedures Act, the revision seeks to inform the public and industry stakeholders about the purpose and details of the changes while gathering their feedback.
