Singapore - Singapore Revises General Exemption under Environmental Protection and Management Act
Singapore promulgated the Environmental Protection and Management Act 1999 (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 4) Order 2025, which will take effect on August 1, 2025.
Restriction on Mercury/mercury compounds in EEE, batteries and lamps,etc are updated.
