Singapore - Circulars on Children’s Jewelery Must Comply with International Standards
This circular reminds suppliers of children’s jewelery that children’s jewelery supplied in Singapore must conform with applicable international safety standards as required under the Consumer Protection (Consumer Goods Safety Requirement) Regulations 2011 (“CGSR”).
Suppliers of children’s jewelery must ensure compliance to applicable international
safety standards such as ASTM F2923.
