Saudi Arabia - Replacement of CST GEN-002 by SASO 3114:2026 for Specific ICT Equipment

SASO has revised and replaced the CST specification GEN002 with the new Saudi Standard SASO 3114:2026 - Requirements for Specific ICT Equipment.

Based on the above, relevant products are required to comply with the implementation of the updated standard specification SASO 3114:2026, with a grace period granted until October 31st, 2026.

After the end of the grace period, no issuance of any certificate of conformity for the products covered by this circular unless they meet the updated requirements, starting from November 1, 2026.

The Certificates of Conformity and Shipment Certificates that are valid and issued based on Standard No. (SASO CITC GEN-002) shall be discontinued no later than March 31, 2027.
