Philippines - Chemical Control Order for Vinyl Chloride
Philippines DAO No. 2026-28: Chemical Control Order (CCO) for Vinyl Chloride was published.
This Order prohibits the use of vinyl chloride in aerosols as a propellant or ingredient, and stipulated the monitor requirements and procedures on Vinyl Chloride and its mixtures.
